I’m hoping to have the services of Nate Bruno at the beginning to talk us through some animation techniques involved with animation and mouths moving. Afterwards, we’ll have a bit of time to think it through.

Next, I want to look at Stephen Jay Gould’s Women’s Brains…You’ll check out my new blog–AP Texts–and as you’re reading. Please annotate, meaning make comments about rhetorical strategies, ask questions about purpose and persona, and challenge what the author is trying to say. Afterwards, blog me a short-ish (200-300 words) post on your reactions to his argument and how you believe American society views women and their intelligence. It might be useful to see this and this on a recent controversy about women and science. We’ll discuss afterwards.

If we have time, I want to look in the Everything’s An Argument text for stasis questions in chapter one…
